In 'football' the goal offensively is to have vision and defensively to be aware at all times. Training sessions are organized towards specific aspects of the game such as passing, shooting and defense. To achieve these aspects we develop the athlete by mastering technical exercises and graduating to tactical group game day situations. The ultimate goal is to provide a bridge between practice and match play.
